I took a low dosage of 1/4 GRAM of psylocibin at 12:pm friday. I wasnt expecting any negative effects from this low dosage but I did feel a bit "medicated". Thursday I had a ch from 8:-11:30pm with shadows til 1:am and another ch that woke me up around 4:30am with strong shadows which progressed into a KIP 6-7 which lasted until about 8:am. I fluctuated in and out of shadows until about 11:30am and I took the psylocibin at 12:pm during a "ch break". around 12:45 I got shadowy again and progressed into a KIP -4 which fluctuated through the low range with ch and shadows lasting til about 3:30pm. It is now 2:30am and although I have not consumed any alcohal, which is one of my triggers, I have been over at a certain friends house which for some reason is usually a sure fire trigger and I spent most of the night playing pool in a smokey bar, another of my major triggers. I have not had any ch symptoms for about 11 hours. My record for being ch free since my cycle began is 26hrs, I got nailed big-time on that 26th hour! If I can get more than a few hours of sleep tonight without that all too familiar rude awakening it will be the first time in a week. Although I havent had any ch or shadows for 11 hours I do have "small ch reminders",very low level "throbs" which last a second or so. Its only threatening because I know what these things can turn into.Well, its 3:am. Still fine. Im going to sleep now. I usually go to sleep around 1:am. I'll find any excuse not to go to sleep. Its become a phobia.
