didn't bookmark any, but the major problem in attempting such an event is if you don't do it right, you can make yourself more miserable than you are now, then I got this thing about not wanting to hurt my body, it already hurts enough, so why make it worse? If things get so bad, a Demerol Vistraril shot works and after you wake up, you can put things in a different perspective, glad you are having good results with the verapamil, some of us had to find different means.
