Do not take Kava Kava if your currently on any sort of antidepressants. It can cause temporary
paralysis. This also includes valium. It happened to a friend of mine. She was having a very bad day and I gave her some Kava kava.
She was rushed to the emergency room later that night. What I didn't know, was that she had been taking valium that day. A couple of weeks later I watched a news programme
regarding that subject. It's a great thing to take if your not on any thing else..just be careful.
