When my CH started 15 years ago the first doctor I saw was a dentist. I had 2 root canals on my cluster side before the dentist got sick of me and stopped talking to me. Needless to say I found another dentist but unfortunatly my teeth were not the problem. My CH always starts in my upper teeth.
