I have been getting my normal cluster type headaches on and off now but just recently have had a second type. The headache starts off with a warning (shadow ?) which I can only describe as a nagging feeling in my head. If I ignore this it develops into a full blown cluster. If I take a codine/asperin type pill when I first get the warning then it usually stops it. Has anyone else experianced this ? The normal headaches still have no warning though and usually wake me up at night and I have to pace the room kneading my forehead etc.
