Sleep and Tequila

It was probably a stroke of good luck that prevented you from getting a headache after drinking tequila. Did you have lots to eat before drinking-I often found that lots of food before drinking would sometimes stop the alcohol from triggering a headache?

Anyway, I too am a teacher and found that as soon as I started to sleep in during holidays I immediately started to get even more headaches than usual. I didn’t know that I was a cluster sufferer during this time and was really pissed off that relaxing would bring on more headaches. Now that I know what I suffer from I refrain from messing around with my sleeping patterns. Six to seven hours a night keeps them to a minimum and no napping in the day! I am a chronic but I think it is very possible that messing around with sleeping patterns could trigger an episodic cluster.
