Did you steem the clams and mussels in wine or did you drink some Beer or Ale with them?
I'm severe chronic and I eat shell fish all the time without any trigger affect, unless the clams are really chewy and tough then the chewing will trigger an attack.
I'm guessing its a brewsky or something you had as an adjunct to the meal. Sailpappy
