when I was down south, natural herbs and spices never brothered me, but I had shell fish in a restaurant and that not only killed my head, but my gut as well, shellfish also has to be cooked properly, never like cooking a dead one, some have to be dropped in hot boiling water live or they release a toxin that can trigger more than just a headache.
