Ask your doctor about a three day burst of Prednisone.
This is not as intrusive to your life and it worked
for me the first time (not the second time two years
later) Obviously you need a backup plan but there is
less intrusion wiht a really quick steroid regimen than
an ongoing one. GOOD LUCK!
