I really feel for you, I totally understand what the pain of a cluster while at work is like. That has happened to me a few times but a few times were all I needed to always remind me to bring my meds. Why don't you explain to your direct report that you don't feel well and need to go home. All I can do for you dear is say a little prayer asking God to watch over you during this time. I hope you feel well :)
