do you suppose you can speed this process?

Sure would be nice to be able to get through the 'freaky' dreams as he puts it. Wouldn't be so bad if he was dreaming about running the dozer or doing some landscaping and then started to get a headache. Now he's dreaming stuff like drowning cats with people he doesn't know, installing camera's in peoples noses with the backhoe bucket, flying on bees and collecting bird droppings in a spider web, I tell ya if I started writting some of this stuff down it would make a pretty cool book! :) I told him what you said and he asked if you specifically made the connection and went to bed with the intention of waking yourself at the first sign of a dream CH? How did you get to the point of waking yourself? He still has not had another CH since yesterday but is still afraid to go back to bed. He's on the floor in the livingroom again proped up against the couch. Fear of sleep, what an awful thing to have to live with, how do you do it when your cronic. He says he feels like a baby complaining about the CH when he's episodic and reads about all you cronics.
God bless Sailpappy, I hope you find some relief!
Monique for Greg too!:)
