I've seen more than a few posts about not being able to access the "Where We Live" link and having had the same problem, here's how I fixed it. My original browser was Netscape Communicator and was also not loading the message board sometimes. I recently downloaded Netscape Navigator 4.0 and no more problems. Hope this helps.
