I am very interested. Right this minute my head hurts so much that that's about all I can say. I need some new approaches. When I try to calm myself for prayer or meditation, when I get to what feels like my center--that's where the pain is and I need to flee. Since it is constant I sometimes feel like the pain has taken over my spiritual core.
I would like to see this thread continue because I need help.
