Hi.To all those that could possibly help me.
I am a South African Married Gent, aged 30 currently suffering from MULTIPLE EPISODES OF HEADACHES. This was confirmed by a neurosurgeon about 4 years back as been cluster headaches. After suferring a three year bout with these headaches, it stopped on its own. Three weeks ago it started again with an average of four attacks in a day. I sometimes wake up in the early hours of the morning with a full blown headache.
Please, can anyone help me with suggestions to either attain releive when they occur or alternately any advice to prevent or reduce them occuring. Further, possible management techniques and medication advice will be highly appreciated.
