typical of the many side effects of the medications used for treating clusters, something you may want to check into, I dreaded taking my amitriptylenes, but when I felt the O2 would handle this spell, I got off them so I could function, sailpappy made this same comment about his ice treatments, may hurt like hell, but at least no side effects after the CH is broken, I think most of us are exhausted after a bout, but submitting to the pain and relaxing eases this as well, wish you the best.
