I have had cluster headaches since I was 17. I am now 37. Adter a lovely 2 year absence they are once again back. Nightly. This time they seam more intense and last longer. I've tried almost all medicines, still haven't found one to stop the pain of a wake up in the middle of the night full fledged headache. I am looking for any input on new medications.
