Shadows are with me 24/7. Have been for years. I always have a slight pain behind/just below my left eye and what feels like very cold air blowing up the left nostril. Usually it's about a Kip 1 or 2 but can reach a 3 depending on factors such as hunger, lack of sleep, very cold windy weather. When the shadow reaches a K3 there is a very tender spot in the left temple. No OTC drugs will do any good so I just have gotten use to them and ignore them.
