My last cycle ended a little over a month ago and I still have the reminders floatin' around.
They never really go away.
When they get to be closer together and abit more intense, I know that a cycle is forthcoming.
Usually 'bout a month before, they will build up to full-blown attacks.
someday they will go away for good
