I checked, the program used does not support that feature. I am sorry. A long shot may be to check the past (recent) posts that posted in uppercase characters like our friend. I believe that was not a first post but one from a frequent user. I am not a regular user and don't know the members. I am helping a friend with severe headaches which I believe to be cluster. I hope this is read by our friend so if anything, he or she will know that even total strangers care and that does encourage hope. Never lose that.
