My wife would kill me if she knew I replied to this one but I have to say having tried just about everything thatg has been posted to the board, I find just the oppisite happens.
When I get an attack I can maintain for a few minutes but it(The attack) always wins the mental battle and takes control of my concentration. so No cant agree on this one and I've tried, Lord knows I've tried! Sailpappy
