By the way Riccardo - I have a pretty mean spaghetti recipe myself; kind of developed it by 'accident' while living in michigan a few years ago. I won't give away all of the secrets (you'll have to beg with lots of kisses), but I do boil an onion with the noodles, and when I strain the water I leave the onions in. I also put more onions and garlic in with the meat while it is cooking. A special touch is to add a half-packet of taco seasoning to the meat (discovered by beautiful bizarre accident.)
Lets just say a four year old, after claiming he was not hungry - gobbled down a whole plate. The cool thing about that is kids don't lie. If something is bad - they will tell you, repeatedly.
