I hear ya on that one. For as much physical pain, there is definitely the emotional component that goes along with it, the fear of leaving the house, of when the pain is coming back and the guilt of saying no to everything except dealing with the pain the best way you can...i do feel guilt when the other employees get the brunt of the workload because im not in AGAIN.....
still not sure how to deal with all the emotional issues when the only thing on my mind is a minute that I am not rocking on the floor.....
