I dont know who I can turn to. I need help tonite. I dont know how long I was asleep, or whether I was awake for any of it. I cant tell what was real and what was a dresm. It was hell. I am terrified of going back to sleep right now. I cant believe Im sitting here bawling like a baby because Im scared to go to sleep. I just know the nightmares will come back. If theres anybody out there, please help me.
