I realized a long time ago what the negative thinking can do, your mind is so powerful that if you let the subconcious take over you can think yourself into so health problems that only exist inside your mind! Been there and done that? pretty self defeating so I try tio keep a humorist out look on things. Acrid,Dry, Sardonic,or whatever I can muster out of this life of "Pain and Pleasure" The real name is John Joseph Hallahan III- Sailpappy fits so much better.
