I have had two surgeries under general anesthesia and also noticed that the clusters seemed to mysteriously stop. I've also experienced the same thing with novacaine after a visit to the dentist.
I know that you are scared to get and keep your hopes up but for now just enjoy the peaceful days and nights that you are experiencing. Aren't they wonderful???
You deserve a break.
