Hi Jackie,
My husband has tried Gravol (or Dramamine in the States) for this with big success. It is a motion sickness pick that cause sleep as a side effect. He has been able to avert middle of the night and first thing in the morning HA and doesn't feel groggy at all. Non-addictive and OTC.
