Longest CH I've ever had was 15 hours. Really worst day of my life. Mine always lasted between 2 and 3 hours but that was before Imitrex. Now the Imitrex knocks them out within 15 minutes everytime. Works in 5 if I take a whole shot but have too many a day to take a whole one every time.
