I have one dear friend that understands what I need when I have one. She does not understand the pain but she knows what to do for me. She does not ask question when I have one and she stays near by me but she does not croud me. She makes coffee and get the ice and doesn't say any thing she is just there for me.
My other friend have come to learn my needs durning a cluster. Being chronic sooner or later they see what one is!
