in Italy we have approx the same UK situation of phones and a very similar kind of NHS (IT function in the same way.....BAD!).
But, when I'm on-line, I can catch many person that need QUICK help, and I can give a quick info to them, due to the time difference. The US people could only later. This may be a good reason. But, if you don't mean a subgroup, but only a "label" to put after the name.... ok, there is the where we live that help us.
Anyway I think that you can do this freely, if you want, but agree again with Peter, don't want to create sub-groups.
