Computer screen trigger and long tails

I was just wondering how common computer & tv screens are as trigger mechanisms. I have to be very careful during CH cycle. Also, I had a 2 hr CH kip approx 8 on satuarday which "broke" but into a "tail" about kip 3-4 for another 4 hours or so. Usually it breaks very definately ie seems to run out of the back of the scull in a few seconds and exhaustion. Anyone else experience these "slow breaks"?.
