It is not bad, it hurts less to me. If I use a whole shot it leaves a knot. A thired of a shot doesn't. The only thing is you have to look at it!
It takes about 15 minutes for a thired of a shot to work for me a whole shot works faster but I can stand a few more minutes to save a little money.
