I was chronic seven years. Now I may be episodic after my two year break - who knows, I may become chronic again.
I used the break to realise how debilitated I had become and my sympathy goes out to all chronics, many of whom seem better at handling it than I was. I hope I would (will?) do better now. Keep hoping - I got a two year break. You may too. It could be from tomorrow.
