I can't think of one good thing to say about having been chronic, except that by having survived it(if not really lived through it), I must have had some strength, even when I was depressed. I was pretty fucking useless and I am sure that you handle it much better. Now I concentrate on what is good in my life and try not to worry about when the next headache will hit and how bad it might be.
