on how to raise children, I have six and am very proud of each of them, was open on issues of sex, violence, crime, thought them how to handle a gun properly, etc., had one drivers age son that was wreckless behind the wheel, this was not intentional but he came along with me to a wrecking yard, after he saw a badly mangled car just like ours and got the full comprehension as to how fragile cars are and was loaded with questions as to what happened to the occupants, every since that day, he became a very safe driver, I past this bit along to other parents, take your kid to the junkyard and they thanked me for it, I think bringing up a child to be ignorant of the world around him/her is one of the worse sins a parent can commit. I hated programs like the Knight Rider, Dukes of Hazzard, and the A-Team to mention a few, teaches the young that they can do stupid things and not kill themselves or other people, hate cartoons for the same reason.
