I was not sure what it was for I was just told that it was something I should check out from a friend,I really wasn't sure and still not sure even the process.I was telling him about the headaches and he told me he was going to a seminar so I figured I would try anything even cutting off my right arm to get rid of this pain. thanks for a little insight
