I've been using Ice and cold water for 30 years, the one gallon zip-lock bag full of crushed ice molds right to the shape of you pointed little heads(Like mine!) Reaches front to back and when the ice melts you can nip a hole in the corner and let the ice water drip down the back of your nedk until you get goosebumps and the headache goes away. Sailpappy
