Just was wondering if anyone has tried a heavy-duty massage device (like The Thumper) to the back of the neck. I've beaten myself in the head for years and thought maybe one of these things would help, so I recently spent the $$$!! big money for one. Just wanted to let people know that although it doesn't give dramatic results, it does seem to help, and does save some wear and tear on my lovely wife's thumb from pressing down so hard on "The Spot" on the back of my neck.
To be clear: it doesn't seem to prevent them or necessarily make them go away; it just makes me feel better a little when I use it.
