It's called spontanious Fibrosis and is well known as a possible side effect of taking Sansert for too long at a time. A drug holiday is recommended every 3 to 6 months. What is the best dosage of Sansert is my question. I have seen dosages of 12 Mg per day at the peak as well as dosages of 4 mg per day, sometimes in combination with Prednisone. (Which reminds me, if side effects are a concern, take a look at some of the Prednisone horror stories!! Has anyone been on a low dosage of Sansert as a preventative? I was up to 12 mg per day but had to go off it because of the uncomfortable feelings it gave me. I think a lower dose might be more tolerable for most people, if it would work..
