I would be very,very careful about going cold turkey off the topamax, and I would definitely talk with my doctor first. Since one has to taper-up on the doses, it would follow that one should also taper down, rather than just stopping cold.
The same might also be true with verapamil, although you're on a fairly low dose so it might not matter. Again, check with your doctor.
I know -- we all "self-medicate" from time-to-time, but in this case, "the quality of (caution) is not strained."
