why I have CH. I guess we all do. I don't drink, smoke, I don't drink coffee or anything else with caffeine. I exercise daily and have no other health problems and I'm a female. I really felt odd when my doctor told me that 90% of sufferers were men. I was really doubting that CH was what I had. I came home that day and looked up this site and read the homepage and I could have written all of those. I honestly thought there was no one else that had headaches like mine until I found this site. Thank you, for the kind welcome.
