well, i am med-free. not exactly by choice, but there you have it. i was on beta blockers for a while, but i stopped cold turkey last week because i didn't enjoy being dizzy ON TOP of everything else! lol. but my meds were mild. my doctor was under the theory it was probably all in my head...now that is funny! :)~ i would assume coming off of your meds would probably be a little more drastic a move, but if you feel you can survive without them, go for it. you're right. putting more crap into our bodies is only worth it if it helps us. i wish you the best of luck with whatever you decide to do. being med-free hasn't made much difference to me. i have no insurance to pay for more drugs, but its ok with me because you're right, none of them work anyway. i hope i'm making sense. not all here today anyway, so i may be just babbling. but good luck whatever you decide to do.
