unless I am seriously trapped....which doesn't happen often...ie ...driving in a caravan and can't stop. During an attack I can barely stand to keep the O2 mask on...I wanna pace , bang, cringe and cry.
I guess chronic is different...thank God I haven't had to find out.
For me..if it's a CH... even the lower Kip scale demons...it's a full attention getting killer...or nothing at all.
