Our reaction to humour is a bit like films (movies)- you love the great ones and the ones which are really awful, forget the ones in the middle.

We laugh at things which are really funny and things which are meant to be funny, but are so pathetically unfunny, it IS funny.

We also loved understatement. So, as CH, I would say,
"If someone spiked my drink with alcohol, I might be a bit irritated" i.e. I would be very seriously pissed-off indeed and would beat the shit out of him.

or

"If someone deliberately spiked my drink with alcohol knowing I was CH, it might put something of a strain on our relationship in the future" i.e. I would kill him in the most brutal way I could devise during my headache.

Funny thing, humour. Don't worry if you don't like mine - it's not going to make your headaches worse. Someone else might be amused.(Unlikely, Don - editor)

I hope you don't find it "a bit irritating" or let it put a strain ... etc. At least you don't know where I live. Who's that at the door? Byeee! Ow! Ow!
