ok - yr questions:
I suffer from ch since 3 years and at the moment it's very bad. (again 2 - 3 attacks a day) the relief I search comes from O2. I hate to take meds. there's one point which is important: any kind of alcohol can force the ch. as I know, like belgiens beer - in my case one beer and 15 min. later the devil appeares. u have to take care on yr food (chocolate, nuts, onions) may also cause an attack.
