My wife Walburga experienced her first bout on the 22nd. Jan.2000. but it was not diagnosed until 3 weeks later. Her Neurologist then prescribed prednisolone and varapamil which seemed to relieve the problem. However during the last few days she has become quite sick with symptoms of stomach ache, aching limbs particularly in her legs coupled with a complete loss of appetite. Can anyone please advise.
