I don't bother. I just say I have cluster headaches and let it go at that. They just wouldn't get it. I do if they ask about CH. There are only a few folks that have seen me under attack. One was a close friend and she used to watch me go through them all the time. She is the one that diagnosed what I had. She was, and is, a true friend. The 'rents saw me go through an attack last year and they have some idea of what it is like. I felt sorry for them because we were at the cabin and there isn't much room there so I was on display from 11pm to 6am. After that whopper, I think they get the picture. I have told co-workers but I get the "OH, I have a friend with migr….." I did have an enjoyable experience several weeks ago though! I was at work on Sun. waiting for an old school buddy to drop by before we went to the SU Gerogetown hoops game. I had CH.com on the browser and he saw it and asked: Hey Paul, YOU get cluster headaches? I was dumbfounded! That makes only two outsiders in 12 years that know what CH is. Hopefully, there will be many more in the future!
