I have tried tea too. It has worked on and off.
I have suffered unbelievably with this cluster headache for about 10 years.
For a long time, I did not what it was. I had mistaken it for failing eyesight (I have 20-20), migraine and sinus. It was only a few months ago that it was described as cluster. When I read the descriptions in this bulletin board, I was amazed. The pain is identical.
I completely feel one with all of you. I hope one finds a consistent and persistent solution. I was told my doctor that oxygen helps. Has anyone tried it?
