Chronic cluster headache? You were lucky. I used to get CH that lasted 20 hours a day.

You were lucky, mine lasted 30 hours a day, every day. My dad would bang my head against the wall all the time.

Over to youse! (Liverpool for "you", plural. pronounced as "uze" but meaning here = U.S.)

Then again, there's Riccardo - he's from Torino (not Barcelona). That was Manuel, Fawlty Towers and it's in Spain. Whereabouts in Italy is Spain? People in foreign countries are funny (U.K meaning = strange)(Shut up, Don -editor)
