I generally have only one CH per day (1-3 hrs) in a cycle (80% of the time). If in desperation (kip 8-10) I inject with Imigran (= Imitrix here in South Africa) after blessed relief within 10 mins I will invariably have another CH within 8-12 hours of approximately equal severity. However if I use other meds the 1 CH per day cycle is maintained. Whether it's a rebound or some other physiological mechanism I can't say.
