St. John's Wort wouldn't help clusters because it's a different anti-depressant than the Prozac-type antidepressants. St. John's Wort works on a neurotransmitter called monoamine oxidase, and Prozac & its clones work on serotonin. So if there is indeed a correlation between serotonin levels & CH, you unfortunately have to go to a doctor for a script. I don't know of any natural antidepressants that affect serotonin levels; if I hear of one I'll post it.
